Reconstitution Guide

Standard (1mg/mL)

Vial SizeBAC WaterConcentration
2mg2.0 mL1 mg/mL
5mg5.0 mL1 mg/mL
10mg10.0 mL1 mg/mL
30mg30.0 mL1 mg/mL

Concentrated (2mg/mL)

Vial SizeBAC WaterConcentration
2mg1.0 mL2 mg/mL
5mg2.5 mL2 mg/mL
10mg5.0 mL2 mg/mL
30mg15.0 mL2 mg/mL

Step-by-Step Protocol

1
Allow vial to reach room temperature (15–20 min)
Cold peptides can be damaged by thermal shock of immediate reconstitution.
2
Wipe septum with 70% isopropyl alcohol
Allow to fully dry before piercing to maintain sterility.
3
Inject BAC water slowly against the inside wall
Never inject directly onto the lyophilized peptide cake. Aim for the glass.
4
Gently swirl — do not shake or vortex
Agitation can denature peptide bonds. Swirl gently until fully dissolved.
5
Store reconstituted peptide at 2–8°C
Use within 30 days. Keep away from light. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides.
